In 2013, Pope Francis stated that “when we treat the wounds of refugees, displaced persons and victims of trafficking, we practice the commandment of love that Jesus has left us. Their flesh is the flesh of Christ “. Also following His invitation, the Scalabrinian Missionaries decided to start the program Casa Scalabrini 634.

Inspired by the Message of the Holy Father for the World Day of Migrants and Refugees 2018, we have strengthened our commitment in the areas of welcoming, training and education, awareness-raising and active citizenship with actions based on the four verbs indicated as pillars of the Church’s action with migrants and refugees: welcoming, protecting, promoting and integrating.

Since 2015, we have achieved great results but we can’t stop now. With your support, we will continue to promote the culture of encounter, welcoming and integration.

Thank you for what you decide to do and remember: your help can make the difference!
